The Department of Medical Services, as the data controller, collects your responses to analyze the organization's overall AI readiness and assign a question set suited to your role, under Section 24(4) of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. Results are reported as department-level aggregates that cannot identify any individual. This system is processed by Chulalongkorn University as data processor under agreement with the Department of Medical Services. Personally identifiable data will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days of the analysis being completed.
